Apple Fritters Recipe

 


Apple bread is one of my favorite sweet breads around the world. Our apple pies made with cake mix mixed with apple juice are the ultimate homemade treat !  But the best of course! Which part is the best ?

 

Yes, I'm biased towards banana and pumpkin loaves too, but there's just something special about the big, sweet apple bread that makes my heart beat. Maybe because it reminds me of the apple orchard I used to go to when I was a little girl. I've always loved going here. The cider and cinnamon buns were aromatic. Do you have any childhood memories that food conjures up? To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

 

* Ingredients:

 

° 200 grams of flour

° 1 egg

° 90 grams of milk

° 40 grams butter

° One sachet of dried baker's yeast

° 30 grams of sugar

° One sachet of vanilla sugar

° Apple juice

° Crystallized sugar

 

* Preparation :

 

Step 1: Pour flour, dry yeast, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar into a large bowl. Mix and drill in the center. Pour into eggs, milk and soft butter, cut into cubes. Knead the dough for several minutes, until you get a smooth ball coming out of the sides of the bowl. Covering with a clean cloth & let paste rest for 2 h at room temperature. It must double in size.

 

Step 2: Sweetly flour your work surface. Rolling dough employ a rolling prick. Cutting dough rolls utilize a cookie cutter or a cup. Organize tablets on a baking tray cover with baking paper. Let it on about 1 hour.

 

Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, brush each donut with milk. Bake for 10 minutes. Right out-side oven, placing muffin in a bowl of cold water. Totally covering with powder sugar & enjoy.

 

Step 4: Putting apple juice To a pocket with a fine nozzle . Generously garnish every donut.
