Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches!

 


The best egg salad recipe is an easily favorite! There is nothing better than a poached egg mixed with mayonnaise, a pinch of mustard and of course crunchy with celery and green onions!

Whether you're making an egg salad sandwich or a healthy egg salad using lettuce or a low-carb roll, nothing says "every American" like an egg salad!

Bring them to a boil, then remove them from the stove and leave them covered for 15-17 minutes (large eggs). Run it under cold water and peel it to make sure it is perfect.

A fresh egg will lay on its side at the bottom of a bowl of water, and if it is a little older, it will still sink, but remain on one end. * Ingredients :

° 8 boiled and chilled eggs
° Half a cup of mayonnaise
° Half a teaspoon of yellow mustard
° 1 green onion, cut into thin slices
° 1 rib celery, chopped into small cubes
° 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

* Instructions :

Cut the eggs in half. It removes the yolk and chops the white.
Mash the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper to taste until smooth and creamy.
Adding rest of ingredients and stirring well.
Serve on bread or lettuce.
