Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce Easy to Eat Baked Crab Legs with Garlic, Lemon Butter and Creole Sauce.

You can now have a gourmet treat at home without paying an exorbitant price. 


* Ingredients :

° 1 pound (453.59 g) crab legs

° 4 tablespoons (56 g) melted unsalted butter

° 3 minced garlic cloves (about 1 tablespoon garlic)

° 1-2 teaspoons (4g-8g) Creole seasoning

° ½ tablespoon (7.5 ml) lemon juice

° 1 tablespoon (3 g) chopped chives or parsley

° Lemon wedges for serving

* Instructions :

Defrost lobster legs in the refrigerator overnight or for faster results, place under cold running water

for a some minutes.

Preheaat oven to 375 F .

When you're ready to cook, cut the crab legs in half so that the crab meat is visible.

Skip the knife and use kitchen scissors or shears to do this. You'll thank me later.

Placing  crab legs in an oven-safe skillet .

Add butter, garlic, and Creole seasoning in a small bowl.

Microwave for a minute. Lift and add lemon juice. Mix well.

Brush crab with butter mixture over crab legs—reserve any excess for serving.

Placing crab legs in preheated oven about 5 min , or until the crab legs are heated through. Sprinkling with parsley .

Serve Totally with remaining sauce and/or lemon slices to squeeze meat.
