BEST EVER STRAWBERRY CAKE

 


Fresh Strawberry Cake with strawberry cream cheese icing is here to provide each and every day a cause to celebrate. It is composed entirely of fresh strawberries and is one of my all-time favorite dessert recipes. 

I've used this same strawberry cake recipe for a variety of special occasions, from bachelorette parties to my niece's birthday party to my own wedding anniversary. 

Additionally, it's an excellent dish to cook on any given day when you're in the mood to celebrate life. 

This cake is to die for. It's wonderful, and every time I eat it, I can't help but shut my eyes and admire its beautiful fluffy, buttery texture and pure strawberry taste, thinking to myself, this is love. 

Without an uncertainty, strawberry has always played a role in my life and dishes. I've been writing about this delectable strawberry cake I baked for almost six years, and it's been a tremendous hit on my blog, pinning and sharing all over the place over the last several years.
If you told me that in paradise, plants grown grow fresh strawberry cake instead of fruit, I would believe you. It is heavenly. While I adore desserts and hence include cake in my own visions of heaven, I am incredibly particular about strawberry cakes, more so than any other sort of dessert.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS STRAWBERRY CAKE: 

• Strawberry jello, I used one packet. 

• A white cake mix box. 

• 4 medium-sized eggs. 

• 3 large spoons.Of plain flour

• 2 Cups.Of fresh mashed strawberries.

• ¾ Cup.Of sunflower oil.

• ½ Glass.Of warm water. 

AND THIS IS HOW TO MAKE IT STEP BY STEP: 

• Step 1 – In the beginning, I mixed the white cake mix bow with flour In a large bowl, once mixed, I added the strawberry jello and warm water.  

• Step 2 – Next, I added the sunflower oil, and eggs one after another, mixed very well after each addition.  

• Step 3 – Then, it was time to add the strawberries puree and I blended using my electric mixer until I had a smooth mixture. 

• Step 4 – After that, I greased a medium skillet of 9.13-inches, poured in the batter, and spread it evenly using a spatula.  

• Step 5 – At this point, I pop the skillet in the oven, and baked it for approximately 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  

And to make an Ice Cream Cheese frosting you’ll need: 

• Softened cream cheese, I used the medium container of 8-ounces. 

• 3 Cups.Of powdered sugar. 

• 1 Cup.Of fresh mashed strawberry. 

• ½ Cup.Of softened butter. 

DIRECTIONS TO MAKE THIS EASY FROSTING:

• Step 1 – Stir all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and use a handheld mixer to whisk everything together until smooth. 

• Step 2 – When the cake has finished baking, pour the mixture over the hot cake. 

• Step 3 – To finish, serve with sliced strawberries for garnish or a mound of mashed strawberries on top.
