Best ranch dressing recipe

 


It's not hard to sense why ranch dressing is so pop: It's creamy without being heavy, with a good herbal kick and a subtle garlicky presence. There are timeless recipes, but this version , myek with newly garlic & freshly grass, tastes even bright than those using garlic powder and dried herbs.


* Ingredients :

° 1/2 cup purchased 
° 1/2 cup milk, well shaken
° 1 garlic clove, peeled
° 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
° 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt, plus to taste
° 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
° 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
° 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
° 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
° 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

* Preparation :

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and milk. In a mortar and pestle, mash garlic and onion with sea salt to making a paste, or utlize a heavy knife to chop & mash garlic also onion wiith salt. Add the garlic paste, onion and dry mustard to the yogurt mixture and mix well until combined. Add the chives, parsley, dill, and freshly ground black pepper and whisk well until combined. Season the sauce with extra fine sea salt. Before that: The dressing can be prepared in advance and refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
