This easy recipe for yeast rolls was given to me by my great-grandmother. I used it 2 years ago at our state fair and got 1st place.

I loved this recipe. However, around modifications were make . I add 2 tbsp of butter with 2 tbsp of ghee. I also increase sugar to 1/2°C. & flour 2 1/2 c. so nice ! I ate 3 as soon as their came out.

Really cool recipe...I ended up spooning them into a small round cake pan (all lined up along with the touching sides) and they still look great!
