Ribeye Steak

 


Delicious Skillet Rib Eye steaks covered in butter will remind you of the ones at your favorite steakhouse! It is the best and this recipe is easy to prepare at home!

If you love steak, and I mean Goodwood steak, I can't even begin to tell you how much my family loves this prime rib steak recipe! Taste these steaks as if we were sitting at the table of one of the finest steakhouses for a sumptuous meal.

But, here's the deal.

These prime rib steaks are easy to prepare with just a few steps to make a super tasty steak every time!

* Ingredients :

° 1 slice (1 1/4 pounds) rib eye steak (about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches)
° 1 teaspoon Stone House seasoning
° 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
° 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
° 1 tablespoon olive oil

* Instructions :

Place the ribeye steak in a tray and rub both sides with Stone House Sauce to coat, making sure to press the seasonings into the meat. Sprinkle fresh rosemary leaves.

Cover the rib eye steaks and refrigerate for up to 3 days. When you're ready to cook the rib eye steaks, remove them from the refrigerator and let them rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. If you're preparing steaks to cooking right away, Leave them sit at room temperature abour 31 min .

To cooking, heat a skillet on medium heat. Adding butter and olive oil to the skillet and let the butter melt completely. Covering pan from side to part to making sure pan is well coated with butter and olive oil.

Add the rib steak to the butter and olive oil and cook until the bottom of the rib steak is brown and caramelized, about 5 minutes. Flip your rib steak and cook, constantly brushing your rib steak with the butter and dripping oil from the skillet, until this side of the rib steak is brown and caramelized, for another 5 minutes or to your desired internal temperature for doneness.

Remove the rib eye steak from the heat and let it rest on a cutting board for another 5 minutes. Cut the steaks with a sharp knife into strips, taking care to remove the bone. Lay the steaks on two serving plates.
