Deviled Eggs Recipe




American eggs are a popular recipe within the United States, especially within the southern part of the country. They're an appetizer that gets delivered to the office at some point in the Easter season to fit in with the family. * ingredients:

° 8 eggs
° 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
° 2 teaspoons mustard sauce
° 1 tablespoon warm sauce (or preferred amount)
° 2 stalks chives
° 2 tablespoons of paprika powder
° pepper pinch
° Salt to taste

* Directions :

In a saucepan with enough water, put the eggs and, having come to a boil, boil over high heat for 10 minutes.
After this time, remove the eggs from the warmth and allow them to rest in the same saucepan for five minutes.
Once the five minutes are up, place the ice and water in a marked bowl.

Remove the eggs from the last water and place them in a bowl with ice and bloodless water. Leave it on for five minutes. This makes it difficult to delay the shells.

Remove the shell from the eggs and reduce it in half. Remove the yolk and go away from the white inside the canoe shape.
In a bowl, mash the yolks with a fork, put mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce, pepper and salt.

Wash the chives or parsley and chop it into small pieces.
Sprinkle the eggs stuffed with paprika powder and chopped chives or parsley.
