* Ingredients:
°1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
°2 cups rice flour (I used brown rice)
°1 can cream mushroom soup
°1 box cream chicken soup
°1 can water
°1 tbsp. butter
°1 sachet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
* Directions :
Use 1 tsp Butter, butter baking tray 9 * 13.
In a medium bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, 1 can water, and rice flour.
Pour the mixture into a greased bowl.
Place chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
Sprinkle Lipton Onion Soup evenly over the chicken breasts.
Cover tray with foil and place in a preheated oven, 350.
Cook for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken is completely cooked through.
