Baked Fried Chicken

Crispy fried chicken in the oven (no frying pan and easy to prepare!)

*Ingredients :

°4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3 pieces (12 pieces)
°5 tablespoons butter
°1 cup (250 ml) flour
°1 tablespoon seasoning salt
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1/2 teaspoon pepper
°2 teaspoons sweet paprika


Preheat the oven to 200°C, then put the butter on a large baking sheet and place it in the middle of the oven until it melts. When it melts, take it out of the oven and put it in a large ziplock bag. Add the flour, two salts of pepper and paprika. Add 3 chicken pieces at a time to the bag and shake well to cover the marinated chicken pieces and place the chicken pieces on top baking-sheet, leave plenty space between every piece. Baking for 11 to 13 min on one side. Then flip it over and let it cook for another 10 to 12 minutes on the other side.
