°1-1/2 pounds ground beef 
°1/4 tsp salt 
°1/4 teaspoon pepper, or to taste 
°3 teaspoons olive oil 
°2 cups green or red bell peppers, or 1 cup each, coarsely chopped 
°1 small can diced light or hot tomatoes with chopped pepper, drained 
°1 cup coarsely chopped onion 4 whole pita bread, warm and soft in the microwave 
°1/2 cup sour cream mixed with 
°1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional 
°4 12 X 12 in sheets of aluminum foil 

directions : 

Cook the ground beef until the pink color disappears. Add olive oil, pepper and onions to the minced meat and saute until the onions are translucent and the peppers soften. Add tomatoes and rutile pepper, mix and heat. 
 Wet some paper towels with water and wrap the Arabic bread in it. Put it in the microwave and heat it until it becomes pliable easily. Lay the pita bread on a sheet of aluminum foil and add a large amount, about 1/4 of the ground beef, onion, pepper and tomato mixture to the warm pita bread. Wrap in aluminum foil and pita bread on a spin, adding sour cream and blue cheese as garnish if desired. Repeat with the remaining 3 types of pita bread Enjoy !
