Meatball Sub Casserole


*Ingredients :

°1/3 c chopped green onion
° 1/4 c seasoned rusk
° 3 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
° 1 pound mince meat
° 1 loaf Italian bread, slice ​​1 inch
° 8 oz soft cream cheese
°1/2 c mayonnaise
°1 tsp Italian season
°1/4 tsp pepper
°2 C shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
°1 (28 oz) of your favorite spaghetti sauce
°1 cup water
°2 clove garlic

* Methods:

Heat oven to 400 degrees F .
In a bowl, combine onion, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
Add beef and mix well.
Form into 1-inch balls; Place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until no pink. (Or fry in a frying pan over medium heat).
Reduce the oven temperature to 350.
Meanwhile, arrange the bread in a single layer in an ungreased 13" x 9" baking dish. (Not all bread may be used.).
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning and pepper; Spread on bread. Sprinkle half a cup of mozzarella cheese.
Combine sauce, water and garlic; Add meatballs.
Pour over cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
