Praline Pecan Fudge


Sweet Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge With Chocolate And Peanut Butter. A quick festive treat that's perfect for gift giving!


*Ingredients :

°125 ml (12 cups) brown sugar
°375 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk chocolate chips
°250 ml chopped pecans
°375 ml (1 12 cups) peanut butter chips
Ingredients to be added:

°237 ml (1 container) Québon Ultra'cream 35% M.F . cooking cream
°5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract

*Preparation :

In a saucepan, heat the cream over low heat without letting it boil.
Add the first four ingredients and stir until the mixture dissolves.
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
Pour into a greased 23 cm x 23 cm (9 by 9 inch) mold.
Covering & refrigerate about at least 4 h 
Cut into 2.5 cm squares.

Heat 250ml (1 cup) of Ultra'cream 35% over low heat without letting it come to a boil. Add the contents of the pot and stir until the mixture dissolves. Remove from heat and add 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract. Pour into a greased 23 cm x 23 cm (9 by 9 inch) mold. Covering also refrigerate about at least 4 h Cut into 2.5 cm squares.
