Slow Cooker Stuffed Cabbage Rolls


°2 heads of cabbage
°2 pounds ground beef (or a veal/beef/pork mix)
°3 cups cooked rice
°1 egg
°1 teaspoon garlic
°1 tablespoon parsley
°Two slices of onion, cut into cubes
°1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
°1-28 oz. can mashed tomatoes
°1/4 cup tomato sauce (with meat)
°salt and pepper as needed


Put the head of cabbage in a saucepan of boiling water, peel the cabbage leaves one by one.
Cutting rough part off end of cabbage leaf with  sharp knife.
blend all ingredients except about 15-ounce can tomato puree also ketchup also placing  small amount (sausage size) on a cabbage sheet, roll like fajita also putting seam side down in casserole dish. I putting tomato sauce also cabbage leaves or 2 on bottom of casserole .
Pour mashed tomatoes .
Covering also bake about 75 min at 375 ° C, then turning oven to 325 ° C also baking for other 90 min, to cabbage is tender. Soak equally hour.
