Snickers Fudge

(...) I'm starting to know my passion for brownies! As with the Oreos cake recipe, I wanted to revisit this American classic by "updating" it and making it even more delicious. What could be better than adding Snickers for this purpose! Chocolate, Peanut, Caramel... the perfect combination! The "fudge" texture that glides on smoothly is quite desirable: it makes this cake irresistible and addictive ... Well, on the other hand, farewell to the diet! 

* Ingredients :

°80 g flour
°70 gm brown cane sugar
°6 Snickers bars
°3 eggs
°200 gm dark chocolate
°115 g semi salted butter
°1 large handful of chocolate chips (or chips)
°1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
° Peanut Butter

* Preparation :

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C in the hot air setting.
Place baking paper in a rectangular or square tray.

The second step
In a salad bowl, melt the chopped chocolate with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Once dissolved, mix.
Add sugar and liquid vanilla. mix up.
Add eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well between each egg.


Then add the sifted flour and chocolate chips (or chips). mix up.

Step 3
Pour half of the preparation into the mould.
Distribute the snickers on the plate.
Then cover it with the rest of the lotion. smooth.

Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes (45 minutes for a less melty texture).
Once cool, remove the mold and cut the cake into squares.
Heat the peanut butter for a few seconds.
Dip a spoon in it and pour it until the brownies are lined up.
