STOVETOP STUFFING MEATLOAF

Meatloaf with Stuffing is a delicious 2-pound beef loaf made with a stuffing mix on the stovetop.

* Ingredients

° 1 package of stovetop filling (use one of your favorite flavors, I prefer chicken, but herbs taste good too!)

° 1 cup hot water

° 2 packages brown stock mixture (one for the inside of the meatloaf, one for the top)

° 1.5 pounds ground beef

° 1 cup cold water

° 2 large eggs, scrambled

* directions

In a medium-sized bowl, add the stuffing mixture and 1 cup of hot water.

Leave the filling for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in another medium bowl, mix 1 package of brown broth with 1 cup of cold water.

Add minced meat and eggs, mix well (I know it's easier to do with your hands, it's sickening).

After the filling has rested for 5 minutes, stir the filling mixture into the ground beef mixture.

Grease a skillet with non-stick spray, then press the ground beef mixture into the skillet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until the pink color inside is gone.

Once baked, let it rest for 5 minutes, then flip the pan onto a plate.

Served with mashed potatoes and brown gravy in the center of a meatloaf.

Enjoy!

That's it! It's easy as pie! If you're not sure what to serve for dinner, this stuffed meatloaf recipe is easy to make and everyone can enjoy it!
