Baked Zucchini

Thyme can be easily substituted for Provence herbs, and you can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicier recipe.

Step 1

Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut their feet, then cut the zucchini lengthwise 4. Placing zucchini on  baking sheet lined wiith baking paper.

Preheat oven to grill setting (medium).

The second step
In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, thyme (or herbs of Provence) and finely chopped garlic.
Using a brush, brush the zucchini with a generous amount of this essential oil.

Step 3
Bake the zucchini for 10 to 15 minutes, adding more dressing if needed.
Remove the salt and pepper from the oven and leave for 5 minutes before serving.
