A mixture of ground beef, onions, taco seasoning, sauce, green peppers, cheese, and pasta crusts make for a very tasty meal. Also add a little cream cheese to increase the texture.

* Ingredients :

°1 pound of lean beef
°1/2 cup diced onion
°1 packet taco seasoning
°2 cups low-sodium beef broth
°1 cup sauce
°4 ounces can of green chili
°8 ounces of raw pasta shells
°2 cups shredded mexican cheese
°2 oz cream cheese, cut to pieces
°Sour cream, olives, red onions, coriander, for serving

* Methods :

Lightly spraying Instant Pot with cooking spray & set it to "Saute" setting. While hot, add ground beef and onions. Chop the meat with a wooden spoon while cooking.
When meat is done, adding taco season. Stirring & keep to cook to meat is tender. Disable instant pot.
Add the meat broth and scrape the bottom of the pot to make sure nothing is stuck to the bottom.
Add the sauce, green pepper and pasta crusts. Press the pasta into the liquid as much as possible. Putting lid on & set it to "pressure cooking" for 4 minutes.
When time is up, opening valve to release pressure. Once the spit falls off, remove the cap. Add grated cheese and cream cheese and stir. Replace the lid for a minute or two to melt the cheese.
Mix well and serve with garnish.
