COWBOY STEW



Also called chicken caldo verde, this spicy dish is served in a bowl to enjoy in the broth.


*Ingredients (4 people)

°1 teaspoon paprika
°750 ml chicken broth
°salt
°pepper
°250gm white beans
°650 grams of potatoes
°1 onion
°125g chorizo
°3 chicken breasts
°2 tablespoons olive oil

* Preparation :

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes

Fry the onions and chorizo for 5 minutes in the olive oil.

Add potatoes and paprika.
Leave it on the fire for two minutes before adding the broth and beans.
Add salt and pepper.

Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes, covered.
Serve in bowls and perhaps serve with toasted bread.
