Cranberry Bliss Bar




*Ingredients: 8 people:

°170g oatmeal
°100 gm ground almonds
°80 grams of crushed hazelnuts
°85 g dried cranberries
°100gm fine sugar
°170 gm liquid honey
°3 tbsp. 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
°1 c. liquid vanilla
°pinch of salt


*Preparation :

Heat oven to 180 ° C.

Combine oatmeal, almonds, and walnuts in a bowl.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with butter paper.

Bake for 15 minutes.

We take it out of the oven and let it cool in a bowl.

Combine salt, honey, powdered sugar, liquid vanilla, and coconut oil in a bowl.

Pour everything into a saucepan and melt over low heat, mixing well.

Pour the mixture over the almond and hazelnut mixture in the salad bowl.

Add dried cranberries and mix everything well.

Place the preparation in a baking tray set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, tamping the surface well with the back of a spoon.

Reduce the oven to 170 ° C and bake for 25 minutes.

Leave to cool outside the oven.

Cut into equal parts.
