Fried Mushrooms



*Ingredients

°500g Small button mushrooms
°3 eggs
°Breadcrumbs
°Frying oil
°Salt
°Pepper

*Preparation steps

Clean the button mushrooms with a clean cloth to remove all traces of soil.
Break the eggs into a deep plate, salt and pepper and whisk with a fork. Pour breadcrumbs into a second deep plate.
Heat the frying oil.
Meanwhile, dip the mushrooms in the eggs and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the mushrooms for a few minutes in hot oil, then drain them and place them on absorbent paper. Enjoy hot.
