Mashed potato with bacon

An appetizing aperitif recipe by Notre am❤ur de cuisine

*Ingredients (8 people):

°4 Potatoes
°1 Handful of bacon
°1 Eggs
°Some kiri

* Preperation:

I steam my potatoes, let them cool well, then mash them with a potato masher and mix them with the egg.
I brown bacon in non-stick pan, I blend them with mash potatoes I shape balls I flatten them in the middle I put a piece of kiri, I close the edges and I roll my ball.   
I putting them to cook in  oil in pan and I turn them on each side I brown.
I put them on wooden sticks with a small drop of mayonnaise for the aperitif!
