Mexican Taco Lasagna

* Ingredients :

° 2 tbsp salt butter
° 1 yellow onion, finely chop
° 1 pound lean ground-beef
° 2 garlic cloves, de-seeded and finely chopped
° 1 m. chili powder
° 1 m. ground cumin
° 16 oz store-bought Mexican hot sauce (preferably with chunks)
° Salt and pepper from the grinder
° 3 large wheat tortillas, cut into 20 cm by 20 cm (8 by 8 in) squares
° 3 c louis serr cheese
° cherry-tomatoe
° 1 avocado, cut into thin slices
° 1 cup sour cream
° 2C iceberg lettuce slice
° Crushed hot pepper or hot sauce
° Fresh lemon juice

* Methods   :

In a frying pan on the stove, melt the butter. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until translucent.
Add beef and garlic. to mix together. Keep cook To beef is cook through.

Adding chili, cumin, & Mexican-sauce. to mixing. Taste and adjust season if necessary. remove the fire.

Preheat oven 200°C (400°F). In an 8-inch by 8-inch square baking dish, divide one-third of the hot meat mixture. Cover with tortilla chips. Sprinkling 250 ml (1 cup) grat Louis-Sayer cheese. Repeat this 2 to use rest of ingredients.

Covering with tin foil also baking for 30 min

Removing tin foil also keep cook for 10 min Roast about 3 to 5 min to brown cheese.

Let to cool for 5 min before seve with your choice garnish.
