Stovetop stuffing meatloaf



Stuffed meatloaf is a classic home cooking recipe—something that can be made often, in no time, and will satisfy the whole family's hunger—especially when paired with a load of baked potatoes. Here we garnished our meatloaf with bologna, stewed vegetables and a slice of cheese, then baked it with potatoes. Try our recipe!


*ingredients :

°350gm minced beef
°3 slices mortadella
°eggs 1 unit
°Two slices of white bread.
°Just enough milk to soak the bread.
°Parmesan 30 grams
°Pecorino 30 grams
°salt
°processed cheese slice
°Handful of cooked cabbage, broccoli or spinach and


*Preparation

Combine ground beef, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Pecorino, bread slices soaked in milk (then squeezed), salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet to form a rectangle. Top with mortadella, one or two slices of your choice of melted cheese, and cooked, well-draining vegetables, such as spinach, cabbage, or broccoli. Roll in baking paper for the classic look of meatloaf. Add a few butter flakes and cook at 180°C for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, wash new potatoes, cut them into pieces and rinse. Boil them for 5 minutes in salted water. Once half an hour of cooking has passed, put the oven on the grill and add the potatoes. Bake for another 20 minutes, turning the meatloaf halfway through to brown evenly. to serve.
