Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole


° 2 cups of water
° 2 cups uncooked rice
° 1-10 ounces of cream of chicken soup
° 1-10 ounces of cream of mushroom soup
° 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
° Half a cup of butter
° 1 cup milk
° 1 small white onion
° 16 ounces broccoli chunks
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Cook the rice as instructed
The second step:
In a 9 x 13 baking tray, put rice and chicken, add soup, butter, broccoli and onions. Stir with a cup of cheese
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
Third step:
During the last few minutes, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and let it melt.
We take it out of the oven and leave it for 5 minutes.
The fourth step:
Served with dinner salad or breadsticks.
