Cheddar Baked Chicken


° 6 boneles chicken breasts of same size
° 1 c sharp cheddar cheese
° 2eggs
 °1 cup flour
°1 cup ground corn kernels
° 1/2 c rusk
° 1 tsp full fat milk
° 4 oz unsalted butter, ½ c divided
° 1 tsp garlic powder
° 1 tsp salt
° 1 tsp black pepper


The first step:
Heat 350 degrees F.
Melting just half of the butter in microwave-safe dish. Pour to  pot.
The second step:
Bowl 1: Stirring salt, garlic powder, pepper, & flour.
Bowl 2: Add and whisk the milk and eggs together.
Third step:
Bowl 3: Adding breadcrumbs, cheese, also ground cereal.
The fourth step:
Pound meat if obligatory with a meat mallet to making every piece even with next.
Dip every chicken piece in flour first (Pot 1), then egg & milk (Pot 2), then pan of breadcrumbs (Pot 3).
Fifth step:
Place the covered chicken in the prepared casserole dish. Cut the remaining butter into slices so that each chicken piece has a piece of butter on top of it.
Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
