Chinese Spaghetti

*ingredients :

• 1/2 pound ground beef
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter (we use Kraft Smooth)
• 2 cups heated chicken broth
• 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, tightly packed
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon. ground ginger
• 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 1 pound (500g package/small package) spaghetti (or Lo Mein or Linguine)
°Chopped green onions for garnish

* Methods :

1. In a large deep frying pan, fry the minced meat with garlic. Strain out any grease if necessary.
2. Add the peanut butter, spicy chicken broth, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes to the ground beef.
3. Stir well and bring to a boil until the peanut butter turns into a solution.
4. Then reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes as it gradually thickens. Stir occasionally.
5. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti noodles in boiling water. Usually we find that 8 minutes do it "Dante".
6. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain but do not rinse and add the noodles to the beef/peanut butter sauce, mix well, and let cool for 3 or 4 minutes.
7. Add chopped vegetables to the top of each meal and enjoy!
