Ham & Potato Casserole


° 2 pound sweet potatoes
° 1 pound of mince pork
° 1 c sour cream
° ½ c un-salted butter, melt
° 1 can of cream of onion soup
° 1 sachet dry onion soup blend
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
° 2 c herbal flavored stuffing mix

 * Methods : 

The first step:
In cook  pot, blend sour cream, cream of onion soup blend and can of onion soup mix
Adding bacon & potato cubes
The second step:
Laying filling in an even layer on top of potatoes & ham
Pour melt butter on filling mixture
Third step:
Covering cooking pot also cook on high heat for 4 h, or on low heat for 7 h
The fourth step:
Remove the lid and serve with a sprinkle of parsley, as garnish
