°C un-salted melt butter
°32 oz hashbrowns, shredded & frozen
°1 c chop onion
°Half  tsp black pepper
°1 c cream sour
°1 can of cream of cheddar soup or cream of chicken
°2 c grated Monterey cheese

* Methods  :

The first step:
Preheat oven 350*
Spray a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray
The second step:
Putting half a c of cheese on side
In a large bowl, add the shredded hash browns, the soup mix, the cheese minus half a cup, the sour cream, the onions and peppers.
Third step:
Stir until well mixed
Pour to prepared baking tray with ½ c cheese.
The fourth step:
Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese has melted and remaining bubbly.
