* ingredients :
°3-4 pounds roasted chuck
°1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
°1 package of Au Jus broth mix
°4-5 tablespoons butter
°5-6 pepperoni peppers
* Methods :
Sprinkling ranch also broth mix over on roast, & add butter and pepper. Simmer in a cooking pot over low heat for 8 hours. Slice the roast and place it on top of the mashed potatoes. Very easy and very good!
