Old-fashioned Sour Cream Pound Cake


°3 cups of sugar
°1 cup butter
°6 eggs, separated
°2 teaspoons of vanilla
°1 tsp fresh lemon juice
°1 c sour cream
°3 c flour, sieve before measuring
°1/4 tsp baking soda
°1/4 tsp salt

* methods :

Beat sugar & butter, adding egg yolks one at a time, beat well after every addition. Mixing vanilla, lemon juice & fresh cream.
In other bowl, sift flour, salt & soda. Adding sifted dry ingredients to dough. He also won. In other bowl, beating egg whites to stiff peaks form.
Beating egg whites to cake mixture. Pour into a greased and floured tubular bowl and bake at 300 degrees for 1.5 h or until cake is ready.
