pork chops with multi colored potatoes &; red onion !



*ingredients :

+ Potato tranches:
° 800 g / 1.6 lb potatoes
°200g/7oz Red Onion
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° Half a tsp of paprika powder
° ½ tsp dried rosemary
° sea salt also pepper
° Four cuts of beef can be 200g / 7oz and 1.3cm / 1 inch thick approx
+ rub:
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° Four cloves of garlic
° 1 teaspoon Worcestershiire sauce
° Half a teaspoon of ground cumin
° 1 tsp cayenne pepper, large & ½ tsp red pepper powder
° lime, juice & some gratings of taste (see note)
° 1 tsp salt
° Half a tsp of pepper

* Methods  :

If you decide to season the beef pie, put the seasonings together and grind the beef pie. Store in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Take it out of the fridge half an hour before cooking.
Potatoes and onions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
Cleaning peel potatoes as desir. Putting it on baking tray. Cut the peeled crimson onions into slices and put them well inside the tray.
Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil, paprika, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper over the vegetables. Rub your hands well to coat the mixture of spices and oil. Arrange them inside the tray in one layer.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fully cooked through.
Pork chops:
Meanwhile, combine olive oil, grated garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, cayenne pepper, red pepper, lemon peel and juice, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the pink steaks.  You can do this en masse with your arms in a shallow saucepan or put the fillets and rub them in the freezer bag, let them properly and rub until the choppy red steaks are covered.
