Sausage and Creamy Hashbrown Casserole


*ingredients:

° 2 cups of milk
° 8 eggs, scrambled
° 2 pound or hot & spicy sausage
° 16 ounces soft cream cheese, room temperature.
° 32 oz shredded & froze hash brown
° Half tsp of salt
° Half tsp pepper
° Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
° Half a teaspoon of onion powder
° 2 c cheddar cheese

* Methods :

The first step:
1. Preheat oven 350*
2. Cooking sausage well, drain fat
The 2 step:
1. Stirring cream cheese with sausage and set apart 
2. Adding hash brown to pan also cooking to it turning light brown
Third step:
1. Greased bottom of roasting pan 9 x 13 & place the brown hash equally on bottom
2. Top with cream cheese and sausage mixture
The fourth step:
1. Sprinkle a little cheddar cheese on top
2. Mix the milk, eggs and spices, then pour over the casserole
Fifth step:
Baking uncovered about 40 to 50 min. or even internal temperature 160*
