Southern Fried Chicken Butter


* Ingredients :

° 2 cups all-purpose flour
° 2 teaspoons black pepper
° 2 teaspoons paprika
° 4 teaspoons garlic salt
° ½ tsp poultry seasoning mix
° 1 cup milk
° 2 eggs

* Methods :

The first step:
In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs with the milk
In bowl, mixing flour, poultry season, garlic salt, paprika & black pepper, & place in a large ziplock bag.
The second step:
Putting chicken pieces in bag & shake bag to covering all the pieces
Remove the chicken and dip each piece into the egg mixture
Third step:
Dip every piece of chicken to flour mixture again, shaking off excess.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed fry pan to 375*.
The fourth step:
Frying chicken on every side, then reduce heat of skillet.
Allow chicken to keep cooking for 20 to 30 min, depending on size.
Fifth step:
The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165* before serving.
Drain it on paper towels and then serve.
