Southern-Style Potato Salad



* ingredients:

° 3 pounds of russet potatoes
° 1 c mayonnaise 
° ¼ gray Poupon Dijon Mustard
° 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
° 2 teaspoons sugar
° Half cup sweet pickles
° 1 celery stalk, chop
° 1 onion, chop
° 4 large eggs, boiled and cut into pieces

* instructions:

1. Fill  saucepan with water & adding potatoes.
2. Bring saucepan to boil and cooking potatoes to they are soft for a knife to pierce easily.
3. Once potatoes are fully cook, adding potatoes to an ice bath to cool.
4. Once potatoes are cool, removing their peel & cut them to large pieces
5. In  bowl, blend mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar & sugar.
6. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and add the sweet pickle, celery, Vidalia onion and hard-boiled eggs.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
8. Mix well and enjoy!
