White Chicken Enchiladas


*you will need:

°8 to 10 flour tortillas 
°2 cups cooked and shredded chicken.
°2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
°3 tsp of butter.
°3 tsp of flour.
°2 cups chicken broth.
°1 cup sour cream.
°1 4 ounces green chili, diced.

* How to make:

Combine chicken and 1 cup cheese, roll in tortillas, and place in a sprinkled 9×13 saucepan (seam side down).
Melting butter in a small skillet on medium heat, then adding flour also cook for 1 minute. Add the broth and whisk until the sauce is tender.
Once the sauce becomes thick, turn off the heat, add the sour cream and hot pepper, and stir until the ingredients are combined.
Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and cover with the remaining cheese.
In an oven preheated to 350 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes.
