Chicken & Bacon Brown Sugar Garlic


° 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
° ½ cup pack dark brown sugar
° 3 tablespoons freshly minced garlic
° 12 bacon steaks
°salt and pepper to taste

* instructions:

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray a nonstick baking pan with nonstick spray
The second step:
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper
Mix until combined
Third step:
Cover each piece of chicken with the sugar mixture
Wrap each chicken piece with 2 slices of uncooked bacon, placing the edges of the meat under the chicken.
The fourth step:
Put the chicken on the baking tray
Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar mixture over the chicken pieces
Fifth step:
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, checking the chicken at the 20-minute mark to see if it's done, and then again after 25 minutes.
Sixth step:
Do not overcook the chicken or put it in the oven for too long until the sugar turns black.
