Chicken fried rice


*ingredients:

° 3 boneless, chicken breasts
° 1 cup long grain brown rice
° 2 teaspoons sesame oil
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° 2 &  half cups water at room temperature
° Half a tsp of salt
° 1 tsp ginger paste
° 1 tsp garlic
° 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
° 3 tablespoons of water
° ½ cup chopped white onion
° green onions, for decorate


* Methods :

rice:
In  saucepan, adding rice, salt // water
Stirring until smooth
Bring it to boil
When it comes to boil, turning heat down to low
Cooking for 41 min, or to liquid is absorb.
Take it off the fire and put it aside
For frying rice:
In  saucepan, adding eggs also mix. Stir until fully cooked
Remove from skillet and set to the side
Adding olive oil to  skillet
Cutting chicken breasts to cubes
Adding it to pot and frying it on all sides
Adding ginger, garlic, onion & pepper
Simmer for 5 minutes until fully cooked and onions are soft
Add rice and water
Stir until well mixed
Adding soy sauce also sesame oil and stir to mixed 
Add the cooked eggs and stir well
take off the fire
Garnished with chopped green onions
