Chicken with broccoli


°2 cups cooked chicken, cut into cubes
°1 cup steamed broccoli, chopped
°1/2 cup chopped red pepper
°1 crushed garlic clove
°1 cup fine shredded cheddar cheese
°1/2 cup mayonnaise
°2 teaspoons dried dill
°1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1/4 cup peeled almonds
°1/4 cup chopped onion
°2 (8 ounce) cans chilled
° Crescent-Roll 
°1 egg

* Methods :

1. Preheat oven 375°F
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, red pepper, garlic, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, dill herbs, thyme, salt, almonds, and onions. Stir until everything is mixed together and coated.
3. Roll out the crescent dough and arrange it flat on a medium-sized baking sheet. Pinch the holes together to form one sheet of dough. Using a knife or scissors, cut 1-inch-wide strips toward the center, starting with the long sides. There should be a solid strip about 3 inches wide down the center, with the cut strips forming a fringe down each side. Spread the chicken mixture along the center strip. Gently salt the uncovered crescent rolls. Fold the side slices over the chicken mixture, alternating slices on each side to finish each section by wrapping both strips to seal each section.
4. Grease the dough with eggs.  Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown
