Keto-Alice-Springs-Chicken

°2 cups sugar-free honey mustard
°12 ounces bacon, minced
°3 large chicken breasts, peeled and cut in half
°8 ounces sliced ​​mushrooms
°2 cups shredded cheese
°garlic powder
°Red pepper
°seasoned salt
°Green onions for garnish (optional)

* Methods :

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Cook bacon in a skillet until tender and crumble. Set to the side.
Marinate chicken and brown both sides in bacon fat, about 5 minutes per side.
Take the chicken out of the pan and put it in the casserole.
Adding mushrooms to skillet also cooking for 5 min.
Pour half of the honey mustard over the chicken, then the mushrooms, bacon, and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
