ONE POT MEXICAN RICE CASSEROLE πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

 



 Are incredibly easy to make, with just a few ingredients and a few minutes of preparation. It turns out perfect all the time!

* ingredients:

°1 pound minced meat
°1 small onion cut into cubes
°Salt and pepper to taste
°2 tablespoons taco seasoning
°1 teaspoon garlic powder
°1 c long-grain white rice
°1 1/2 c beef broth
°1 15-ounce can of corn, drained
°8 ounces tomato sauce
°1/2 cup sauce
°1 cup shredded cheese

* instructions:

Cook ground beef, onion, and season with salt and pepper to taste in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Strain the grease if necessary.
Return the skillet to the stove and sprinkle the beef with garlic powder and taco seasoning.
Add rice, broth, corn, tomato sauce, and sauce.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, until rice is cooked.
Cover with cheese and return the lid to the skillet for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
 Blend marmalade, BBQ sauce, chili sauce, orange peel, & vinegar in  bowl and mix well.
Spraying base of slow cooker with cook oil.
Adding meatballs & pour sauce. Gently stir to mixed.
Cover and cook over high heat for 2-3 hours.
