*ingredients:
°1 lb. minced meat
lasagna
°1 jar of spaghetti sauce
°1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
°1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
°2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
*How to make :
Fry the minced meat and filter.
Pour 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker.
Mix the rest of the sauce with the meat.
Place 2 uncooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce in the slow cooker.
Spread a third of the meat mixture over the noodles.
Spread 3/4 cup of the cottage cheese over the meat.
Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese.
Add another layer of uncooked noodles, 1/3 of the remaining meat and cheese mixture, and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella.
Add another layer of uncooked noodles, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Simmer for 4 hours.
If the cooking time is longer, the cheese will soften a little better.
