Roll Cinnamon Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting


*Ingredients

+cake:
°1 1/2 cup milk
°8 tablespoons melted butter
°2 large eggs
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1 cup granulated sugar
°3 cups all-purpose flour
°a pinch of salt
+Accompaniement:
°1 tablespoon of cinnamon
°1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
°1 cup packed brown sugar
°16 tablespoons soft butter
+freeze:
°1 cup powdered sugar
°2 teaspoons vanilla
°4 tablespoons of milk
°4 ounces of cream cheese
 
* Methods 

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In mixing bowl, combined necessary ingredients for cake and mix until creamy and smooth.
Placing one layer of mixture in 9x13-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Mixing frosting ingredients together to well combined.
Spread the cake over the cake mix and roll the mixture until smooth.
Baking cake for 40-45 mn.
Let cool for 30 mn.
Combined frosting ingredients & spreading them on cake while it is still slightly warm.
