My daughter took one bite and bolted towards me, eager to know the recipe

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
One 15-ounce can sliced peaches (drained and finely chopped)
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Zest of half a lemon
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup milk
Optional: A sprinkle of cinnamon for extra warmth
Procedure:

Warm your oven to 375°F and prepare a loaf pan with a gentle brush of grease.
In your trusty mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, butter, and sugar until they form a silky concoction.
Incorporate the lemon zest, eggs, flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon (if you're using it), merging them into the creamy mix.
Pour in the milk, stirring until you achieve a smooth batter consistency.
Tenderly fold the diced peaches into this mixture.
Transfer your batter into the loaf pan, spreading it evenly.

Allow it to bake for approximately 50-60 minutes. It's ready when a toothpick, upon insertion, emerges clean.
Once baked, let it cool within the pan momentarily. Following that, shift it to a wire rack to cool off entirely.
Once it reaches the perfect temperature, slice it up and let the Peaches & Cream Cheese Loaf be the highlight of your day! Enjoy!
