Amazing, delicious garlic flatbreads ready in only 10 minutes!

Mix together the flour, baking powder, and a small amount of salt in a large mixing basin.

When the dry ingredients are combined, add the oil and water. Knead the ingredients until it becomes a smooth dough, either by hand or with a dough mixer. Incorporate additional flour if the dough appears too sticky; a little amount of water if it appears excessively dry.

Flatbreads to be Shaped:

Roll out little bits of dough with your fingers. Use a rolling pin on a surface that has been gently dusted with flour to flatten each ball, resulting in flatbreads. Aim for a thickness ranging from 1/8 to 1/4 inch, or as thick as you like.

Get the flatbreads started:

Bring a frying pan or nonstick skillet to medium heat. When the pan is heated, add a flatbread.

To get a golden brown color and a small puffiness, cook for approximately two to three minutes on each side. Then, using the rest of the flatbreads, repeat the procedure.

Oil-Based Garlic Brushing:

Combine your preferred herbs, crushed garlic, and a splash of oil in a small dish. Here is the flavorful brushing combination you've been looking for.

Brush the garlic oil mixture over the top side of each baked flatbread while they are still warm. A lovely herb-garlic taste will be imparted to them by doing this.
