+ Tips on how to make the best meatloaf:

* Ingredients :

° 1 tsp butter
° 1/4 cup onion
° 2 cloves minced garlic
° 1 tsp salt
° 1 ½ teaspoon. Ground pepper
° 2 pounds lean ground beef
° 3 slices toast, crumbled
° 7 buttered biscuits, crumbled
° 1 egg, beaten
° 3 ½ tablespoons. sour cream
° 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
° 1 can (398 ml) tomato sauce, divided
° 1/4 cup milk (optional)
° 3 tablespoons of ketchup

* Preparation steps :

Preheat oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C).
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Removing from heat also seasonning with salt & pepper.
In a large bowl, combine onion, garlic, beef, crumbled bread, crumbled biscuits, eggs, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and half a can of tomato sauce. Add 1 teaspoon. Each time, milk until the mixture is only wet and not liquid. Press into the bottom of a 5 '' x 9 '' loaf pan.
