Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges - These easy-to-make potatoes are our favorite! They're crunchy, cheesy, garlicky, salty, and perfect for dipping in your favorite ketchup or sauces!

I usually crave sweets more than salty foods, but I put a plate of hot French fries in front of me and would struggle to resist one or two...or a big handful.

Our kids love french fries. Put a plate of french fries in front of them and they won't peep. They'll devour them and put ketchup on their cute little faces.

Our favorite are the garlic and parmesan baked potato sticks. 

I love these potato wedges because they are baked yet still crunchy! the secret? Soak the potato slices in ice water for 30 minutes before putting them in the oven. I know it's crazy to put potato wedges in water to make them crunchier, because you think that will make them soft, but no! Soaking them in water removes excess potato starch and makes potato wedges extra crunchy!

* Ingredients :

° 6 large bitter potatoes, washed

° 1/4 cup olive oil

° 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or 3 teaspoons garlic powder)

° 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

° 2 tsp salt (adjust to your taste)

° 1 teaspoon paprika

° 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

° 2/3 cup finely grated or grated Parmesan cheese, divided

° 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

* Instructions :

Heat the oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Dash 2 L baking plate with parchment paper; Sit onward .

Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half in half lengthwise again, then cut each half lengthwise again until you have 8 wedges. (Make sure it's about the same thickness and size.)

In a small jug, combine oil, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour the oil mixture over the potatoes and toss together until evenly covered.

Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet with the skin facing down. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese and additional salt if needed.

Bake for 35 minutes, turning wedges halfway through baking time, until golden and crispy and fluffy with a fork.

Sprinkle with remaining parsley and Parmesan cheese, to serve
