We are so happy for Robyn Stone from Add A PINCH! Her book of the same name is full of delicious recipes. It's a friendly, up-to-date classic from the American South. And every picture will make your mouth water! I was so happy that Robin allowed me to share this magical recipe with all of you!

I practically haunt the local farmers market, waiting for their arrival every summer. Sweet and juicy, they're absolutely divine in all kinds of dishes, from appetizers to desserts. But let me I'm telling you, if you're looking for a dessert that will yield a lot of savory, ahhhhh, and more bites than you can imagine, then this crunchy peach is your ticket! Peaches are in season, you can substitute another fruit in season like apples, pears, blueberries or blackberries. For apple and pear chips, I like to add ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon."

° 6-8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
° 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
° 1 cup flour
° 1 cup sugar
° 1 cup brown sugar
° 1 tablespoon of baking powder
° ⅛ teaspoon salt
° 1 cup milk
° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
° juice from ½ lemon

It melted completely and the peaches released their juices.
