You know nothing better than Kickin' Fried Chicken for dinner...what are you waiting for ? 

* Ingredients : 

° 1 c. milk
° 2 T. Pickled juice
° 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
° 1 scrambled egg
° 2 m flour
° 1/2 tsp. Red pepper
° 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
° 1/4 tsp. onion powder
° 1/4 tsp. Earth sage
° 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
° 1/4 tsp. black pepper
° 1/4 tsp. salt
° 1/4 tsp. spices

* Directions : 

Combine milk, eggs, Tabasco juice and pickles.
Throw the chicken with it and marinate it in the fridge for an hour.
Mix all remaining ingredients in another dredging bowl.
Now I used a deep fryer, but you can use a cast iron skillet and heat the oil to 350 degrees.
Dip the chicken in the flour, return to the mixture in which it was soaking, and then return to the flour.
Lay it out on a cookie sheet and continue with the remaining pieces.
Let it for 5 min before fry.
Place 2-3 pieces at the same time in the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes without bones or 10-12 bones, flipping as you go. Only check internal heat. 160 deg .
You can preheat the oven to 250 degrees and place the chicken on a cooling rack over a cookie tray to keep it warm and crisp while you finish the rest.
