Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

 


Slider cheese steak stuffed with warm pieces of steak, gooey cheese, peppers and onions. It's the perfect thing to do on game day or for a fun party. Everyone will love these mini sandwiches!

These slides are what the dreams of my heart are all about. Warm steaks, cheese, peppers and onions are what's inside these adorable mini sandwiches. They are very good and the perfect dish to serve on game day or for an easy dinner.

KALE, KELSEY and I have eaten this in no time at all. Emma and Kalin on the other hand, gave their blessing on eating the "green stuff" haha! So I just made them a regular piece of meat and cheese. (GOTTA LOVE PICKY EATERS. Enter eye roll)


* Ingredients :

° 12 Kings Hawaiian Rolls
° 1 can of thinly sliced ​​steak (found in the frozen foods section)
° 1 green pepper, cut into cubes
° 1 onion cut into cubes
° 6 slices of provolone cheese
° 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
° 3 tablespoons melted butter
° salt and pepper as needed

* Instructions :

Preheaat oven to 350 deg F 
Separate the top and bottom of the rolls and place the bottom in an 11 * 7 casserole dish. Cook the meat in a skillet, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Set the steak aside.
Fry the peppers and onions until soft.
Prepare the bread by spreading a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top and bottom of the rolls.
When the meat, onions, and peppers have finished cooking, distribute the steaks, then the peppers and onions evenly on the bottom of the bread pieces in the tagine.
Place a layer of provolone cheese on top of the peppers and onions.
Place the tops of the bread on top of the cheese, brush the surface of the bread with a mixture of melted butter, and finally cut the onions into cubes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the tin foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes (or until the cheese has melted).
